What do I need to make a reservation?
  • Location, date and time of collection.
  • Number of passengers.
  • Identification card or passport of the representative.

What are the payment options?

Online payments, credit cards, debit or bank transfer.

How long in advance can I make my reservation?
  • At least 24 hours in advance depending on availability.
How to identify my driver at the meeting point?
  • Via mail or whatsapp, in contact with the client, the name of the driver and the registration number of the assigned vehicle will be provided.
  • The chafer will have a sign with the customer’s name.
What happens if there are children under 6 years of age or people with special needs among the passengers?

We offer chairs for children and babies, we also have ramps for people who use wheelchairs. Just notify the amount and need when making the reservation via whatsapp or email.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, we have cancellation free of charges up to 24 hours before the established reservation.
