- How to identify my driver at the meeting point?

- Via mail or whatsapp, in contact with the client, the name of the driver and the registration number of the assigned vehicle will be provided.

- What happens if there are children under 6 years of age or people with special needs among the passengers?

We offer chairs for children and babies, we also have ramps for people who use wheelchairs. Just notify the amount and need when making the reservation via whatsapp or email.

Yes, we have cancellation free of charges up to 24 hours before the established reservation.
